DACI Information Services ("DACI") is committed to the highest standards of data integrity and enterprise confidentiality. This policy outlines how we handle data within our platform and official Meta integrations.
Data Collection & Usage
We collect business information (Legal Name, Address) and WhatsApp-specific metadata (WABA Account IDs, Phone Number IDs) solely to facilitate the Papyrus Suite messaging services. All data processing is conducted within Meta’s official Cloud API framework.
WhatsApp API Disclosure
Our application utilizes the WhatsApp Business API. By connecting your account, you acknowledge that your messaging data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under their respective privacy terms. We do not use your contact lists for any purpose other than providing messaging services to your firm.
Data Deletion Requests
In compliance with Meta requirements and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), users may request the permanent deletion of their account data and Meta connection tokens at any time. To initiate a deletion request, please email privacy@daci-is.com. Requests are processed within 30 business days.
Data Sovereignty & Security
We operate on a "Security-First" principle. All client communications and enterprise metadata are protected using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
